Foam Magazine is a distinctly and highly regarded international photography magazine. It serves as an exhibition space embracing every aspect of photography. The theme of Foam Magazine #16, due out in September 2008, is ‘Talent’. Six young talented photographers will get the chance to have their portfolios published in this issue.
